Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Support Executive Management and Sales Staff; Answer and screen calls; Manage calendars; Arrange travel; Coordinate meetings and events; Prepare reports, correspondence and financial data; Train and Supervise other support staff; Customer relations; Manage office supplies; Daily maintenance of Office/Showroom.
