Job description

The Manhattan Behavioral Center is currently seeking a BCBA-LBA Case Manager for a full time position but would consider a part-time or hourly position for the right candidate/s.


  • Conduct assessments and develop programs for client
  • Write progress reports and IEP goals
  • Review program books on a weekly basis (monitor and analyze data, revise instructional tactics as needed, add short term objectives as needed, implement new programming)
  • Develop behavior plans as needed
  • Supervise ABA providers to ensure correct implementation of programs and behavior management tactics
  • Collaborate with related service ensure correct implementation of programs and behavior management tactics
  • Maintain contact with parent in a positive and professional manner, ensuring timely responses to all caregiver questions and/or concerns
  • Create, prepare and organize teaching materials for client


Qualifications:

  • BCBA-LBA
  • Experience working in a home-based environment preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor when working in the home and clinic
