POSITION SUMMARY:
We are growing again! The PVH Digital Experience team is on the search for a Business Analyst that thinks big but rolls up their sleeves to get it done. Someone who is excited by translating complex problems into clear and simple opportunities. A strong communicator that can influence and align with senior stakeholders on strategy and implementation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Deeply understand multiple stakeholder groups, how each business operates, contributes to the larger PVH mission, and measures success
- Strong background working as an analyst within UX research and initiatives
- Workflow mapping to document processes and tools of global teams
- Drive agile ceremonies in partnership with product managers to iteratively deliver various capabilities
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, help prioritize backlogs through voice of the stakeholder
- Lead user experience research at scale by engaging large audiences through analog and digital methods
- Draw insights from digital experience monitoring tools to inform action on multiple product roadmaps
- Lead key project management activities across the project lifecycle
- Develop detailed testing scripts for team members to follow during testing of fixes and enhancements.
- Track project progress and provide updates to the business. Report business concerns to senior team members.
- Troubleshoot minor system issues and record reported issues in order to provide on-going support.
- Clearly communicate and report on issues, opportunities, risks, wins
- Identify and enable other teams across PVH with digital experience opportunities and action plans
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Agile Business Analysis
- Experience with UX teams and Experience Management a big plus!
- Prior experience with facilitating & correlating research
- Past performance demonstrating strong and clear business-minded written communications
- Practice design thinking methods in iterative development
- Creative Design or Interface Design background, a plus
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital, User Research, Digital or similar experience is required.
Skills:
- Understand business practices and project methodologies, focusing on Agile methods.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
- Effective communication - communicates effectively and at the right level based on the audience, written and oral
- Problem Solving - Defines business solutions with a diverse set of input for problems that may not be clearly defined.
- Cross Functional Coordination - Coordinates input and participation from diverse set of business stakeholders.
- Business Relationships - Grows and strengthens relationships with business partners.
- Facilitation experience leading group working sessions and/or workshops
- Practiced understanding of Agile/Scrum.
- Ability to use styles and methods that engage customers to achieve glowing results and drive iteration.
- Ability to develop artifacts to support a digital experience management practice
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- High-level understanding of corporate functions (e.g., Legal, Finance, Supply)
- Experience working and managing iterative delivery tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
