This Business Consultant (Salesforce Innovating Business Analyst) will support the Salesforce Center of Excellence Business Enablement Group. The primary job function is to partner with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to achieve the desired business requirements in a sustainable Salesforce Native First approach. Responsible for translating moderately complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and business analysis and able to consider the business implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.

LOCATION: Work-from-home

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Guiding business partners on system capabilities based on the project scope/funding model and turning them into actionable items for Salesforce Administrators/Developers.
• Process Mapping: To be process flows, inclusive of stage to input mapping.
• User Interface Design Specifications: Mapping of what information needs to be displayed/edited during each step of the process to allow for optimum UI design.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.
• Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs.
• Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs.
• Consults with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Salesforce Trailhead Ranger or Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Minimum 3 years' Salesforce relevant experience
• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years business analysis experience, which should include analysis and project management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Preferred requirements: Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
