The development agent's role is to become an expert within a locally designated market and spearhead new business with buyers globally. We are looking for a dynamic, business savvy and relationship driven individual, who thrives in a challenging environment and continually reaches higher to meet and exceed financial goals and expectations.

Our agent's build on the success of The Nassimi Group's foundation of over $1 billion worth of transactions, which enables an expanded market share within luxury residential real estate. Ideal candidates ensure deals are not only won but also closed through proper execution, collaboration and consistency.

We are looking for strategic, entrepreneurial thinkers with solid experience in one or more of the following areas for consideration: residential real estate, commercial real estate, law, wealth management, sales and marketing, veterans, underwriting, business development, communications, demonstrated leadership, 5 years of experience and a proven track record of success in a business solutions environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop off market opportunities within designated market with owners of residential and commercial real estate
  • Negotiate all terms related to the sale of real estate such as price, commission, etc.
  • Track, gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into project specific deliverables, valuation models and client deliverables
  • Review abstract lease documents, client quantitative portfolio data, legal documents and other materials as part of project process.

Candidate Profile:

  • An undergraduate business degree or related field
  • A willingness to work long hours to facilitate client needs and spearhead new business
  • Able to withstand fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient at math, with the skill sets necessary to develop the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
  • Possess active New York real estate license.
  • This is a commission based opportunity, where the sky is the limit!
