Job description

Develop new prospects through advertisements, agencies, industry media, referrals, networking, online research, outbound emails, outbound calls and other channels
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Speak with customers to facilitate potential business opportunities
Facilitate meetings, webinars and training sessions
Research and update the contact details of potential customers in customer database.
Assist in the consultative sales process by learning as much as you can about a prospect, uncovering their business needs and sharing that information with the sales team
Utilize our CRM, marketing automation and sales acceleration tools to support sales team in managing the pipeline and maintain accurate information about prospects and target accounts
Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly goals

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
1+ years of experience business development or sales role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Track record of supporting sales team to achieve sales quotas
Experience using a CRM and actively managing a pipeline (Hubspot CRM preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
Experience in business-to-business selling is a plus

Other info:
Location: NY preferred, other location is acceptable
Customer facing role - native English speaker
To generate leads into system and sell product to them
Call every lead to come in and inform them what they are doing
Working with 1 BD manager role now, maybe work with other BD managers in the future
1 sales in the team now, this person will work with the sales
Monthly meeting schedules/calls: 75+
Knowledge of experiences in B2B/ Medical / supply chain sales, Hubspot
2+ yrs experiences
The 1st week will be training
