The Business Development Specialist position is the ideal role for someone looking to further their career in sales. We are a high-end, boutique 118 year old moving company and we depend on you to uncover opportunities and engage potential clients in a sales conversation and you rely on them to further the conversation and close and manage business.
We are looking to hire someone with a magnetic personality and determination, and we coach those people to become top producing salespeople.
This role is perfect for you if:

Compensation
Base of $35,000-$40,000 plus commissions. Strong performers should expect to earn $60K+ with lots of opportunity for advancement.
