The Impact You Will Make Project manage and recruit for key DEI programs across various departments Research and asses potential programs, partnerships and tools to help diversity pipeline Identify, engage and nurture a network of diverse candidates through sourcing channels, partnerships and events. Screen candidates by conducting high level assessments of knowledge, skills and experience, and present for roles within DEI programs. Advocate for candidates throughout the hiring process by preparing for interviews, answering questions, extending offers, and initiating onboarding process. Oversee and collaborate with DEI team members to champion and foster inclusive and equitable hiring best practices for internal partners. Partner with GrubConnect groups (ERGs) to increase diverse referrals, showcase DEI work, and spotlights by leveraging bytes blog Collect and analyze data and report out on ROI, current pipeline, progress, and results of initiatives and programs Make data-driven recommendations to improve future initiatives and programs Build and develop internal and external relationships to develop and scale programs Assist with creating, evolving and documenting program framework Actively participate in external and internal DEI channels and report out on market trends Partner with internal stakeholders and people team to advocate and promote DEI initiatives Multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 years+ of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a majority of that experience being at a high-growth technology company. Experience in diversity hiring, events, and or programs ideally within a complex matrix organization. Experience recruiting for technical positions, and has a clear understanding of technical concepts and their impact on an internet company. Experience working with multiple hiring managers to identify and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills. Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong influencing, analytical, and problem solving skills; and excellent written and verbal communication. And Of Course, Perks! Flexible PTO.
