The role will act as a key liaison between the SVP and the Global Environment team as well as all other groups/functions within the company. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Administration to...Provide calendar management for the SVP, Global EnvironmentsAnswer telephone calls, pick up voicemails, pass on messages and manage emails as neededArrange all domestic and international travel, including itineraries, hotel, car, dining, entertainingPrepare Travel & Expense reports, reconcile corporate card expenses and uphold company T&E policiesCreate presentations and manuals for executive reviews and design standardsResearch design trends, materials, and furniture to enhance store conceptsAssist on creative projects for the New York and global officesManage logistics for meetings including organizing agendas, booking meeting rooms, calendar invites, preparing written materials, managing catering, room setup/cleanup, etc.Provide organizational and administrative support to develop team/organizational meetings, agendas, including obtaining guest speakers, coordinating presentation materials, etc.Assist with the execution of department events i.e. teambuilding, lunches, volunteering, etc.Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate meeting planning and scheduling Support team's administrative needs; i.e. ordering office suppliesCommunicate and interact with members of the management team The accomplished individual will possess...
