What would I do at K Health?
We're looking for a Director of Production Engineering to Grow, direct, monitor live production teams and provide scalable support . A high performer in this role is one who will:
- Meet SLA's for consumer and enterprise customers
- Maintain user satisfaction
- Minimize the duration of production outages
- Build a high performing 24/7 team
- Stay up to date with all monitoring and infrastructure technology
- Communicate with a variety of stakeholders: doctors, users, marketing, operations
- Build communication processes
- Understand and measure the business impact of outages
- Understand release management, production deployment, change control
- Experience working in the consumer tech space, healthcare a big plus
- Large scale production systems (hundreds of millions in revenue)
- 5+ years of experience working closely with customer support and operations teams
- Background in infrastructure, security, SRE, release management, monitoring (Cloud)
- Scripting languages (Python, Javascript)
- Has worked closely with a QA Automation team
- Understand Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Gitlab and associated monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, OpsGenie, Jira)

What is the hiring process like?
Our hiring team reviews all applications. We communicate with candidates at every step of the process, letting them know if we'll be moving forward, and what they can expect in the next phase.
- Initial interview. You'll meet a member of the recruiting team, tell us about yourself, and learn more about Khealth and this role in particular.
- Manager Interview . You'll get to meet a senior manager of the team for a deeper dive into your skill set, background and technical expertise.
- Team Interview. At this stage you'll meet other members and stakeholders of the team.
- Final round. At this stage, you will meet the VP of engineering, who is the hiring manager for the role.
