Job Details We Are: We're excited to launch recruitment for a new Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager, for Hospital Administration, reporting to the VP, Patient Relations.You Will: This role partners with key stakeholders to create and implement plans to promote equality, diversity & inclusion for Hospital Administration. This role will collaborate with Hospital Administration leadership to support EDI programs. The Manager will leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities, and measure progress and outcomes. You are:A D&I practitioner with demonstrated experience implementing diversity and inclusion strategies that have had organizational impact.A capable business leader with a proven ability to collaborate and partner across the Institution to increase cultural awareness and build cultural proficiency.Adept at building trusted partnerships.Capable of building effective, united teams through strong communication and engagement strategies. Consistently able to make things happen.Someone who doesn't shy away from difficult situations or people.You Need: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.At least 7 years of professional work experience in E, D & I, and/or equivalent experience.Designing, planning and executing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across organizations. Project management and experience working in a complex environment.
