ABOUT EVERCALL
Evercall () by FINSIGHT () is a premium Operator Assisted Conference Call (OACC) service that provides best-in-class execution backed by fanatical 24x7 support of high profile telephonic and virtual events in capital markets and corporate finance. We specialize in financial services and have executed hundreds of global investor calls, earnings calls, analyst calls, corporate announcements and "town halls" for many of the largest corporations in the world.
What is an operator assisted conference call? Operator assisted conference calls (or "OACCs") are audio conferencing events that are monitored and managed by a live operator. They are typically used for calls where there are many participants - who often need to be identified and remain anonymous to each other - and where the call management team wants to minimize disruption by keeping all participants on mute until a designated time (eg. until a question and answer session). The same format applies to our virtual video conferences, which would require use of Zoom Webinar, Zoom Meetings, or Zoom Events.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We seek a talented Evercall Associate for our New York office to support and grow relationships with FINSIGHT customers.
As an Evercall Associate, you will help build the foundation of our newly created, premium operator assisted conference call (OACC) division (Evercall by FINSIGHT). You will work along-side our VP of Operations to design, implement, and continuously execute processes that yield best-in-class outcomes for some of the most critical telephonic corporate events in the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating and Executing Evercall OACCs and virtual video conference events to the highest standard
- Mastering our toolset, which includes checking people into conferences, mastering Zoom Webinar custom settings, hosting, and screen-sharing best practices, moderating conferences, troubleshooting issues within our software, and providing general support during conference calls
- Assisting in coordinating the execution of OACCs with our partner network (when applicable)
- Assisting our VP of Operations in the hiring, training, development and management of junior operators
- Assisting our VP of Operations in designing, implementing, and executing processes that consistently meet our standards of execution
- Travel between satellite offices for management and training
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years professional experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Coachable
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Experience with Zoom Webinar a plus
- Virtual Event Management a plus
- Proficiency in second languages a plus
- Comfortable dealing with high-touch clients both on phone and on video

- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET

$65,000 - $75,000/yr
