Job Details The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the executive suite in Hospital Administration. In this role, you will actively manage SVP and Leadership schedules, handle communications, coordinate special projects and provide cross-coverage to support other Executive Assistants. This job demands excellent organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a poised and professional demeanor. Are you passionate about providing high-level support to our senior leadership? You Will:Manage senior leader's time commitments by planning and scheduling meetings, conference calls, and conferencesProtect schedule from unnecessary and conflicting demands by prioritizing requests and recommending optionsEnsure calendars are well organized and arranged to accomplish objectivesAct as the principal administrative contact for the leadership, engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as external parties, which may include Board members, senior leaders in other organizations, regulatory agencies, and the media on a wide range of mattersHandle phone calls and visitor flow in an effective and sensitive mannerResolve complex inquiries and fulfill requests using knowledge of initiatives and organization policies and programs, exercising judgment in all interactionsCoordinate the flow of correspondence and inquiries, including resolving and monitoring high priority Identify, compile and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings with executive staff and outside individualsAssign work, troubleshoot issues, lead support projects for the executive office and ensure timelines are met and tasks are accomplishedYou Are:An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understandingFlexible in your approach and demeanor to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstancesAdept at building partnerships and working with others to meet objectives and goalsCapable of anticipating and stabilizing the needs of multiple clientsA good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forwardWilling to take action and eager to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with high energy, and passionAble to operate effectively, even when things are not clearYou Have:4-7 years of experience supporting a senior-level executive, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong prioritization and attention to detail Recognized interpersonal and organizational skills along with a strong self-confidenceThe ability to be dedicated, work independently and use good judgment#LI-Post
