Job description

Immediately hiring an executive assistant to support CEO for Real Estate Company! Our client is a spin off from their parent company and seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to be a true right hand and involved in the day to day tasks of the executive. Seeking someone who has excellent PowerPoint skills and communication skills. The CEO is a big picture thinker and extremely strategic and needs someone who can run their life as well as get involved in projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to CEO and other senior executives which includes meeting preparation, calendar, travel, screening calls, etc.
  • Assist with presentations, reports and special projects as assigned by CEO and management team
  • Manage all expenses
  • Coordinte and assist with information for special projects
  • Handle highly confidential and time sensitive information.
  • Coordinate complex meetings across the organization with attention to different time zones
  • Create and modify PowerPoint presentations (i.e., Marketing Materials etc.)
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, ground transportation, cars, hotels, etc.
  • Balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years working as an Executive Assistant
  • 3 years supporting a C Level executive
  • Highly proficient in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast paced environment, to adapt quickly and to manage changing priorities; capable of working in a high-pressure environment
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations and create mail merges
  • Organized, proactive, problem solver
  • Bachelors Degree required

Salary/comp info, including any bonus or benefits:

  • 120k
  • Full Benefit Package
