About The Role
We're looking for a motivated and agile Growth Marketing Associate to join our world class Growth team. In this role, you'll execute strategy, development, and execution for ongoing growth tactics or campaigns that lead to exponential growth. You'll be working closely with the marketing, product and sales teams helping us promote Ramp as we continue our scale as the fastest growing corporate card in the U.S. This role is focused on driving leads (that convert to MQLs) across paid/free channels along with building email nurtures at every step of the funnel.
What You'll Do

  • Perform day-to-day integrated marketing campaign support including campaign setup, audience creation, copy creation and editing, email set-up, and reporting on campaign KPIs
  • Assist with targeted account-based programs, focusing on strategies and tactics to create meaningful and converting personalization
  • Manage email marketing programs - including creation, maintenance, and evaluation of Prospect email nurture programs
  • Assist paid acquisition efforts, including copy creation, design collaboration, and campaign launch and management
  • Coordinate and collaborate extensively with various stakeholders throughout the campaign process
What You Need
  • Minimum 1 year of growth marketing or demand generation experience preferred, B2B and/or fintech experience is a plus
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, superb project management skills, and ability to multitask are foundational to how you work
  • Remarkable written and verbal communications skills
  • Opportunity identifier and problem solver
  • Desire to take on and start new projects, with an optimistic attitude towards failure
  • Data-driven but not data-dependent
  • Experience with martech tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Outreach.io and Salesforce
