Job description

The Marketing Communications Specialist at Leopard Solutions is an integral part of the sales and marketing team. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Specialist will provide support across all functional areas of marketing including content creation, social media planning and management, media relations, event planning, email marketing, and more.


Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing initiatives

• Analyzing data and creating press releases and content that tells a story

• Providing support internally to the sales team

• Assisting in maintaining the company website

• Assisting in executing social media initiatives

• Remain up-to-date on current marketing best practices



The successful marketing and business development specialist must have:


• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, experience writing press releases a plus

• Familiarity and experience using Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with pivot tables.

• Experience analyzing data

• Demonstrated track record as a team player

• Proven ability to effectively manage timelines and deliverables

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn.

• Familiarity with Wordpress, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Canva, and video editing programs such as iMovie

• Familiarity with or desire to work within the legal industry

• Excellent proofreading skills and strong knowledge of grammar rules.


Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field

• 1-3 years relevant experience working in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or social media.
