About The Role

As a senior leader on the Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for defining the market narrative and GTM strategy for Ramp's finance automation platform and ecosystem partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with product and business development teams to build successful GTM frameworks & launch platform-enabled solutions across a diverse range of partners.

What You'll Do

  • Own messaging and positioning for a variety of product, channel & financial services partnerships
  • Define a scalable GTM strategy for partners that maximizes pipeline generation & brand equity
  • Quarterback marketing launches for strategic partnerships & key platform use cases like Travel
  • Build compelling sales assets and enable sales teams across the Ramp ecosystem
  • Hire and lead a team of high-performance product marketers
  • Partner closely with the Product & Business Development teams to shape the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Growth teams to develop campaigns that increase activation & retention
  • Study the market landscape & make strategic partnership recommendations to help Ramp win
What You'll Need
  • 8+ years in a product or solutions marketing role at B2B software company
  • Familiarity with complex SaaS and/or financial services ecosystems
  • Experience taking complex product offerings to market (you can position and launch new products in your sleep)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills - you will own complex launches and partnership initiatives that require working with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Extreme agility and a strong bias towards action (you will need to roll up your sleeves and produce one minute and zoom out and strategize the next)
  • Prior people management experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice To Haves
  • MBA or BS in economics, computer science, MIS, or related STEM field
  • Experience with technical product marketing and/or developer marketing
  • Fintech and financial services domain expertise
