The MDM Product Owner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the continuous flow of value in support of the solutions built in the Master Data Management environment. This will include understanding customer needs, ensuring product completeness, managing and prioritizing the flow of work, collaborating with other teams, managing the program backlog and roadmap.

The candidate will be a self-motivated individual, comfortable working independently to understand and describe highly complex sets of interactions. You serve as the content authority for the master data management solutions and help define features and releases and own the vision and value delivery roadmap. You will work closely with key stakeholders and team members to understand, describe, and model key business processes and their associated business objects, data structures, and interactions to define an enterprise standard used to manage multiple independent channels. You will coach the delivery team on agile practices and ensure all work meets stakeholder needs and work with architects and solution management to ensure the solution intent is continuously updated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Play an integral role in the delivery of a high-profile Master Data Management (MDM) project.
* Manage day-to-day aspects of a formal Agile/Scrum process, including leading Agile meetings (backlog, planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups).
* Embrace a servant leader role across scrum teams and support them by proactively identifying and removing impediments and dependencies.
* Meet with key business process owners and users to answer questions pertaining to the tools and solutions that have been developed
* Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution and consensus among the team members and dependent teams.
* Learn how business processes are represented in the application and how corresponding data is processed across systems.
* Balance personal ownership and accountability of immediate responsibilities with the flexibility and drive to jump in and fill gaps across the team as they arise.
* Work independently with minimal supervision to drive process improvement by gathering, reconciling, and analyzing data.
* Create reports and dashboards for management and operations staff for use in managing daily operations.
* Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
* Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
