Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a detailed construction professional who will be able to demonstrate an established career as a Project Manager working in the civil public/government sector.The incumbent will work directly for the Project Management team and must demonstrate they are capable of working with multiple data streams from multiple sources including owner, client, Maximo, e-Builder, and other sources.
The incumbent will be required to provide project monitoring duties within the framework of Turner and Townsend policy and procedures; providing Client Support, Direction, Guidance, and overall caring for the projects and program process.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engineering, architectural, construction management or equivalent construction related degree
• A minimum of fouryears handling construction projectsfrom $20M and above
• Must have prior experience handling civil government/ highway/road projects
• Proficient knowledge of safety programs (Health, Safety, and Emergency Response)
• Complete understanding of monitoring, construction inspection,and project coordination process
• Excellent time management andfield reporting skills
• Self-starter attitude with results oriented focus
• High level written and oral communication skills
