We are looking for business analysis professional with strong Derivatives and Fixed Income product knowledge and experience in both pre & post-trade life cycle across product groups covering Rates, FX, Credit, Equities, Commodities & Global spread products

About the role
Duties & responsibilities will include:
- Ability to write BRDs/User stories.
- Ability to see bigger picture in Risk & Controls space and streamline the processes.
- Business Domain knowledge (Capital Markets, Cash, Derivatives, Money Markets covering cross asset product groups Rates, FX, Credit, Equities, Commodities & GSP)
- Communication skills and experience working with Business & technology stakeholders.
- Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a challenging environment.
- Self-initiate, work productively when unsupervised and multitask across multiple concurrent projects
- Demonstrates strong cross functional leadership to aligning process, projects, and people to meet business goals in cross-functional team settings

Who are we looking for?
Candidates should ideally have the following:
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong educational background (Masters/MBA would be an advantage)
- 7+ years of relevant industry controls experience in Markets in-business management, Operational Risk, Middle Office, Product Control, Internal Audit or other relevant control function
- Markets experience required
- Excellent knowledge of trade flow, lifecycle and controls
- Strong communication skills and experience working with Front Office / Trading and Sales / Technology teams
- Excellent data analysis and process definition skills
