As Senior Director, Employer Brand Talent Acquisition- you will play a key role in defining and implementing the talent strategy for the Company. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and partnering with the broader People Team and business leaders, you will have the rare opportunity to build a talent acquisition function in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy including new sourcing strategies, recruiting processes and programs

Hire and develop a small global team of recruiters

Manage full life-cycle recruiting

Develop a long-term employer brand strategy to align talent marketing activities against a vision

Ensure our employer brand and external messaging is aligned with Marketing and Internal Communications, and reflects important priorities including DEI and Sustainability

Create and implement inclusive talent acquisition practices, having a focus on Diversity & Inclusion across all our roles and through our hiring processes.

Continue to refine the recruiting process to mitigate or remove sources of bias

Establish forward-looking KPIs

Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive experience as a recruitment leader, preferably in-house, in the Technology or Financial Services sectors.

Experience driving talent acquisition at scale for fast growing global organization.

Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team and demonstrated success as a true talent ambassador to the business.

Strategic mindset, with an ability to develop a robust recruitment strategy, in an agile fast paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop strong and lasting relationships across all levels and time zones within the business.

An innovator - someone who will push the boundaries and look for new imaginative strategies and approaches to ensure we reach and acquire the best talent.

Data driven approach to decision making

A coach and a team player - someone who is a true champion of their team, who seeks out opportunities to help them develop and grow.

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable in fast-paced environment and acts with urgency

Experience working in a global environment
