THE POSITION

The Senior Manager, Digital Acquisition Marketing will be responsible for the overall strategy and performance of digital acquisition marketing channels including SEM, Paid Social and others. This includes developing and executing against a strategic roadmap, running a robust test and learn program, managing performance reporting, and leading an analyst responsible for SEM landing page experience. This is a highly visible role, overseeing some of the largest marketing channels at A Place for Mom. Success in the role will drive year over year revenue and efficiency growth in the channel and is critical to achieving overall company growth targets.

Who you are:

You have deep expertise in digital media, with a demonstrated ability managing 7-figure monthly budgets to specific KPIs. You are data-driven, constantly seeking to uncover insights to help optimize channel performance. You're comfortable translating those insights and other channel performance reports and communicating them clearly and concisely to senior leadership. You also have leadership experience and can effectively manage internal partnerships and direct reports.

Responsibilities:
What you will do:

Develop and implement a winning SEM strategy that drives revenue growth for the company. This includes but is not limited to: budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, landing page testing, down-funnel sales analysis, etc.

Manage an 8-figure annual budget to deliver on ROAS and conversion volume targets

Act as the point of contact for our key partner relationships, including working closely with the Google account team, to take advantage of new offerings and source ideas for building efficient scale and program optimization

Own channel reporting, working with key partners to develop dashboards and other analytical tools to support effective channel optimization

Present to senior leadership regularly on channel plans, results and insights

Manage a direct report responsible for day to day channel management in platform

Support new channel expansion efforts

Qualifications:
Required Skills and Competencies:

5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated ability to manage individual channel strategy, operations and results

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, Google Analytics and advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support channel performance analysis

Outcome-oriented with a demonstrated ability to develop a roadmap and continuously deliver against stated goals

Passionate about the numbers, with a keen eye for detail, and puling insights from vast quantities of data

Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization

Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree required
