Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire

Location: New York New York 10286 ( 100% fully remote)

Job Description:

• Technical support team in Sourcing space.

• Former sourcing and recruiting experience required.

• End to end sourcing. Not recruiting role.

• Will be involved in job posting strategy, market intelligence research efforts, partnering with recruiter and TA leader, etc.

• 3+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience. Should have experience supporting technical roles (team currently is focusing a heavy demand for Application Developers).

• Industry agnostic.

Qualified candidate will search and find the best and brightest people from around the world.

Responsibilities include: create job postings, network with candidates, work closely with hiring managers and executives, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest.

Minimum experience required is 5+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience.

Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate internet research and hunting skills and have experience with full life cycle recruiting.

Must be, organized, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

Must also have strong computer and internet searching skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
