Job Details We Are:Do you have a passion for making healthcare services more accessible and approachable?We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Community Outreach & Health Access to join the Immigrant Health and Cancer Disparity team at MSK. Our dynamic, caring team identifies key areas of need to provide health education, case management, and other services to immigrants and medically underserved communities.You will:Ensure the presence of our Service in target communities. Coordinate access to essential needs and resources to support cancer care, outreach programming, including the follow-up of participants.Work with the Service faculty and staff on increasing the number of MSK patients linked to resources to support cancer care. Address their socioeconomic and cultural barriers to treatment completion and the number of underrepresented groups at MSK.
