What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Supply Operations Manager to join our Business Development team, which is focused on supporting & scaling relationships with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and publishers. This is a unique opportunity to join a critically important aspect of the organization and contribute to growing the Business Development team through on-going management of both existing and net new SSPs & publishers. This role is client facing and requires a strong understanding of programmatic platforms.

While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our SSP/exchange relationships in the US
• Maintain and grow partnerships existing endemic healthcare publishers
• Facilitate and grow programmatic deal activity (PMPs, PG) across display, video, CTV, and audio channels
• Provide day-to-day SSP & publisher partner support, including but not limited to evaluating new channel or integration upgrades, exploring business opportunities, handling troubleshooting requests across integrations/deals, etc.
• Collaborate with and support internal business teams, including attending client meetings on supply-related topics, such as new programmatic channels and devices, inventory quality, identity, privacy regulations, etc.
• Partner with technical & product teams to prioritize integrations, new product launches, and support our clients needs

Who You Are:

• You are excited about the opportunity to work in a rapidly-growing business which adapts quickly based upon your insights.
• You are detail oriented and organized with experience managing multiple projects and tasks.
• A passion for digital marketing and an understanding of the programmatic ecosystem as it pertains to advertisers and agencies.

What Youve Accomplished:

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• At least 3 years experience working in digital/programmatic advertising experience is required
• Hands-on experience working with DSPs, ad exchanges, SSPs, ad servers, and/or other ad tech platforms is required
• Proven track record of building partnerships by forging a strong relationship with vendors and clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best practices
• Self-starter with the ability to identity new partnerships or initiatives, and lead a project from start to finish
• Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Legal & Finance teams
