Job description

The Horizon Group is recruiting for an AVP level Loan Administration Manager for their Corporate Banking team located in midtown NYC.

SUMMARY:

Supervise and support back office processing for all Corporate Lending, Real Estate and Project Finance activity including: Loans, Letters of Credit, Syndications and Participations

DUTIES:

· Manage and support all Corporate Lending Activities.

· Manage Cash Position for the branch for all currencies.

· Manage all activity associated with the Loan Portfolio, which includes the tracking of fees and expected receipts of interest and loan repayments.

· Assist in the authorization and release of payments.

· Assist in the Midas authorization for all products.

· Assist in the processing of work when required.

· Ensure all payments are executed timely and correctly.

· Investigate all incoming inquiries, non-receipts and problems that occur. Manage compensation when required.

· Review workflows and implement recommendations for procedural changes.

· Identify areas of risk and opportunities to reduce cost.

· Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems.

· Manage a team of two load administrators.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar managerial role

· MIDAS Banking System

· Solid computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Bachelor's Degree
