DescriptionAbout this role. Title: Vice President, Carried Interest Administration and Employee Investment Program. Location: New York, NY or Wilmington, DE. Key Job Responsibilities: Key partner to Alts Compensation lead in delivering best in practice Carry and Employee Investment Program. Support the Carry Committee in building out the carry infrastructure through streamlined processes and robust analytics. Serve as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for senior management on inquiries, issues, and escalations regarding carried interest and employee investments. Lead key initiatives for carry plan and employee investments program design and administration for funds. Partner with legal, tax and finance to deliver end to end processes of carried interest and employee investment programs. Manage relationship with third-party administrator (EWM) to deliver high quality employee experience and reporting and analytics. Direct management of 2 employees. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Strong understanding of the structure and life cycle of private equity funds, carried interest, fund employee co-investments and loan program administration a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients or partners. Experience in data handling, reporting, and advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Discretion in taking care of confidential information. Organized and detail oriented with strong time management skills. Capacity to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment. Be solutions oriented; able to collaborate cross functionally and influence stakeholders. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, etc.), Executive Wealth Management (EWM), eFront, etc a plus.
