Stable is a venture-backed fintech company, (Greycroft, Anthemis, Notion Capital) with B2B operations across North America, as well as London and Bermuda. We've reimagined commodity price risk management by making it simple, valuable and effective for our clients.

We are now looking for a world class VP of Marketing to play a leading role in shaping and implementing the growth marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition and deliver measurable results.
You should have a proven track record with B2B experience at a venture backed business developing, planning, launching and analyzing customer acquisition programs to drive sustainable and efficient customer acquisition at scale
You will focus and manage four key pillars that drive our user/customer growth:
1) acquisition; 2) utilization; 3) retention; 4) reactivation while closely collaborating with team members across Sales, Product, Data Science & Ops.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 8+ years of overall experience in a tech-forward & venture funded B2B business
- Highly technical with a love of marketing automation and data led marketing
- Experience with acquisition strategies, tactics, and brand building
- A "talent magnet" with a strong track record of successfully recruiting and developing performance marketers and building high performing teams
- BA or BS degree from a top university
