A Bit About The Role
At the core of our business is our own programmatic exchange-a platform that provides us with incredible scale and reach for our clients. To continue this growth, PulsePoint is currently looking for a Head of Programmatic Exchange (VP/SVP level) to continue scale the exchange platform and drive impactful programmatic solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role blends together a unique combination of sales, operations and product acumen and experiences.
Blending together a unique combination of sales, operations and product acumen, the successful candidate will focus on the following:
- Owning and executing the commercial strategy (driving both revenue and scale) for the PulsePoint Exchange;
- Building strong relationships at all levels with our key DSP and Publisher/SSP clients and partners;
- Identifying opportunities to diversify partners on both the supply and demand side;
- Managing and understanding the complete picture of programmatic inventory utilization, recommending and implementing plans to increase satisfy both the demand and supply side needs whilst driving margin for PulsePoint;
- Overseeing operational efficiencies to drive margin per employee and growth;
- Collaborating with Product team on new Exchange product and feature needs and requirements;
- Working closely with internal teams to onboard, ramp and scale new business through efficient repeatable processes.
What a successful candidate will bring to the table:
- 10+ years progressive experience with programmatic technologies (DSP, SSP, DMP etc.) with a good blend across both the supply and demand sides;
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and overall programmatic marketplace;
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic methodology into an executable roadmap;
- Proven success in setting revenue goals and achieving/exceeding them;
- Experience leading teams.
