Overview

Customer Care Systems / Data manager drives the highest standards in customer support and field service support through administering and supporting Salesforce, providing data analytics services, and administering the warranty and goodwill process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Salesforce support to Customer Care organization through serving as a site admin and collecting, vetting, and prioritizing Salesforce RCI initiatives. Service as first layer of support for questions and issues. Support Salesforce based products including Natterbox, Docebo, and others.
  • Provide data analytic support with Tableau by creating dashboards and visualizations to the Customer Care Organizations. Areas of support include labor analysis and forecasting, install base analytics, case management, customer facing metrics, and others.
  • Administer the Salesforce Warranty & Goodwill process through vetting new requests, coordinating necessary resources to provide root cause and countermeasures, and overseeing the approval process.
  • Drive safety culture always though active participation in regular safety calls, completion of safety training (both online and at customer facilities), leading organization in near miss reporting, and adherence to safety policies always.
Qualifications

4-year degree required with a preference in engineering or food sciences. Skilled in troubleshooting through logical structure problem solving. Detail oriented with good documentation and communication skills.

Experience: A minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Supervisory Responsibility: Manage 1-2 direct reports
