Job description

Pay Rate - $19/hr

Shift: 5 days, 40 hours per week

Job Description

• Perform all aspects of order entry quickly and accurately using the Oracle system.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers through telephone and E-mail correspondence while processing inquiries and orders.
• Maintain excellent customer relations during issue resolution.
• Review incoming orders to ensure they are complete with required information before processing.
• Process expedite requests from internal and external customers.
• Answer phones and transfer to appropriate department or applications engineer.
• Distribute quote requests to applications Engineers and regional sales managers.

Required Education and Experience

• Candidate must possess a high school degree or equivalent (College a plus)
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience

Required Skills

• General understanding of manufacturing business information flow.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Outlook, and Oracle.
• Proficient math calculations related to order entry process.
• Ability to manage complex tasks while working under minimum supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work within diverse team.
