We are looking for an Executive Search Agent to support the expansion of the executive search practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team with limitless potential. This person will work alongside the Principal Agents to work with executive level talent as well as founders and CEO's to build world class leadership teams across all key areas of the business. The ideal candidate is optimistic, organized, flexible, entrepreneurial and can navigate comfortably through ambiguity.
As Executive Search Agent you will:
- Support our Executive Recruiting function by providing white-glove service for all candidates and clients by cultivating meaningful, human-centric relationships
- Partner with senior leaders (internal and external) to advise on search strategies, ideal candidate profiles and interview design/experience
- Coordinate complex scheduling requests, pre-interview syncs, hiring debriefs, and intake meetings
- Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant/interview status
- Build proactive relationships with top-tier executive talent to engage them over the long term
- Serve as our teams expert on the executive landscape with a solid understanding of the top 1% of leaders in our relevant markets
- Have the opportunity to build a network of executive leaders across marketing, brand, strategy, creative, operations, finance, design and product
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting, etc) and maintain effective communication channels to deliver on all client's needs
- Maintain a deep level of confidentiality to coordinate candidate and client needs
- Lead processes around tracking and recording data in our custom tech systems
- Leverage and further develop your project management skills to continue to build and refine processes for candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Remarkably well-organized, data-minded and solution-oriented
- A resilient and resourceful ability to troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks
- Adaptable and agile with an ability to shift gears at a moment's notice
- Ability to navigate different systems and tech stacks
- A passion for developing best-in-class research strategies and tactics
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior leaders - the ability to develop strong working relationships with other business functions quickly, to operationalize key strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator across all levels of an organization
- Obsessed with excellent candidate service and improving the candidate experience
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity
- Able to take initiative and have the confidence to keep interviews running on time, persuade stakeholders to get their feedback in a timely manner, and nudge the recruiters to get back to their candidates when necessary
- Process-oriented and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently and more effectively
