The Regional Leader role is an opportunity for you to manage, coordinate, and supervise the operations and staff of multiple dental practices within a region (NY). Regional Leader Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes financial scorecards of regional offices; identifies and strategizes areas of weakness and growth opportunities.
  • Coaches Practice Leaders to improve profitability where needed, and ensures offices have systems and processes in place to maintain accurate accounting.
  • Supports Practice Leaders in all areas of operations to ensure systems and processes are successful.
  • Manages recruiting needs within offices and submits requisition requests as needed; trains new office leaders as needed.
  • Mentors Practice Leaders in their development of strong teams that provide exceptional patient care.
  • Works collaboratively with Regional Leader Team to develop world class leadership team.
  • Monitor the values, culture and satisfaction of both team and patients at all supported practices. Identify any deficiencies and provide support and guidance to rectify.
  • Regularly travel to dental offices within assigned territory

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience 3 - 5 years dental management experience, supervising multiple teams.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and work closely with team members and peers.
  • Experience in leadership positions, managing and training new and existing employees.
  • Proven track record managing profitable, successful teams, and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of dental practice management Systems

Compensation

  • $90,000-$110,000/year, plus bonus potential
