Inside Sales Consultant - Finance Technology (Fintech) Solutions - G2M Solutions

Company Background:

G2M Solutions provides sales and marketing support to finance technology (Fintech) companies and has an established base of international clients who are market leaders such as Wealth Works, CloudRisk and 123ICT and is growing aggressively.

Typically these are firms who own a niche in the banking or finance software field and deal with specialist functions, such as Collateral Management or Financial Advice. The job of G2M is to position client offerings with the right people at target organizations.

Head office of G2M is in London, UK with US office in Raleigh, NC to support US campaigns. Campaigns are conducted into US, Europe and the Middle and Far East.

Salary:

G2M places a premium on hiring high quality talent in terms of written and verbal communications skills and pays a competitive basic salary ($49,000) to reflect this as well as performance bonuses (to$57,000 OTE).

The most important of these skills is being able to speak with business prospects who work at financial institutions professionally and enthusiastically as well as recording those interactions. This will require you to be able to understand at a business level what the technology offering is, more than the details of the technology involved and training will be provided.

A physical office is located in Raleigh, NC but you will be able to work from home to regular hours.

Long distance calling will be required and is generally available through your Internet provider.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work closely with other G2M staff who will provide product training and support on the relevant proposition you will take to market.

  • You will research companies using Linkedin to find the relevant contacts
  • Update client sales platform, typically Salesforce with new contact information and progress communicating the proposition
  • Contact key accounts using a mixture of email and telephone calls to establish the right decision-makers and communicate the proposition
  • Outcome of the sales activity will be a mixture of market intelligence (such as the relevant problems the prospect is or is not dealing with) and sales leads (willingness of prospect to take further action such as a conference call and opportunities to progress the solution in that account).

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Very good verbal and written communications skills
  • Sales experience including proactive calling on accounts
  • Sales experience with a technology company preferred
  • Undergraduate Degree preferred but not necessary
  • Desire to succeed in a competitive market that is growing and well rewarded
  • Experience working with Salesforce preferred

Pay: $57,000.00 per year
