Administrative Clerk

Do you have clerical / data entry skills and are seeking an opportunity to make some money before the holidays? If so, we have a reputable client in Butner, NC who is seeking multiple Administrative Clerk's for a 2-3 month project to track data. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions available!

  • Compile, copy, sort, enter into excel, enter into word and file records of office activities, business transactions, data tracking and other activities.
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
