Job description

We are currently seeking candidates for a Contract Administrator(s) at a technology company in Cary, NC, 27518. The ideal candidate will have up to 1+ years of accounting and/or contract administration and review experience (including internships). This position is a 9-month temporary role (with an opportunity of becoming permanent).

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on relative work experience

Responsibilities

• Audit, document, make amendments and reconcile contract information for both existing and new clients
• Ensure contracts are consistent with terms, conditions, policies and procedures
• Audit existing data
• Track completion of requested amendments
• Work with other departments including IT team to resolve data integrity issues
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Oracle preferred
• 1+ years of experience in an accounting and/or contract administrator or comparable role
• High volume/fast paced work environment
• Must be proficient with Excel
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
