Position Title: Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator - English/Spanish

Position Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiting Coordinator must work safely and productively in an office setting. A successful candidate in this role must be highly motivated and willing to complete any task assigned, along with performing the essential duties of the Recruiting Coordinator position. All employees are expected to communicate, build relationships with other team members and use good judgment at all times. The Recruiting Coordinator is expected to have the ability to perform all duties of the positions preceding it in its specific career path, while
being responsible and accountable to complete any other tasks assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Works with Hiring and Recruiting Team to develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels as identified on requisition weekly report.
- Meets with Hiring and Recruiting Team and HR Management to develop specific recruiting and sourcing plans and to set goals based on Hiring and Recruiting KPIs.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with colleges and universities to fulfill the required number of Interns each year.
- Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
- Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring Manager and or Recruiting Specialist for interviewing. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
- Arranges travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary.
- Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate for those candidates accepting contingent offers.
- Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents hiring information and reports form the ATS
- Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
- Performs all assigned tasks, responsibilities and related work processes in the safest possible manner, always ensuring that a safe, accident/incident-free work environment is maintained for all coworkers, clients, suppliers, etc. at all times.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes Rehires through previous managers, HR Record and rehire checklists.

Position Requirements
Education and/or Experience
- Associates degree in business / business management; or minimum five years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Minimum three years' administrative support experience
- At least one year of HR assistant or recruiting assistant experience.
- Applicant tracking systems knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Spanish Bi-Lingual preferred
- HRIS experience preferred.
- Experience with ViewPoint preferred.

Working Conditions
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners and photocopiers.
- Periodically the position will be required to visit various project sites.
