Primary Responsibility:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of multiple system integrations at the Healthcare EHR and Practice Management Vendor level.
The ideal candidate will need the ability to rapidly learn and assume the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for each new third-party vendor system that we integrate.
This candidate will be the "go-to person" for all questions about how our products integrate with other third-party systems, be able to define the initial requirements to the development team for functionality in the vendor systems, and are expected to be able to map out the equivalent functionality in InteliChart's suite of products.
The role will also provide adequate support materials to Sales, Support, and Professional Services teams to ensure that client expectations are established and understood.
This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to learn and identify functionality mapping to new systems on a regular basis.
This role will work directly with members of our development team on a daily basis and must be able to communicate at a strong technical level.

Required Qualifications: *

  • Comfortable working with both Customers and Vendors on a regular basis.
  • Scheduling and leading technical meetings (Must demonstrate a strong grasp of technical conversations)
  • Writing technical requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Resolving blocked stories by finding answers to questions quickly
  • Persistent in getting answers from others when necessary
  • Documenting decisions and assumptions
  • Preparing release notes
  • Have the ability to see the "big picture" and prioritize work and sequencing appropriately
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Those with exposure to the healthcare industry, familiarity with HL7, APIs, FHIR, and Software Quality Assurance will have a distinct advantage (particularly those with a working knowledge of at least one EHR and/or Practice Management system)
  • Healthcare Interoperability experience is also an advantage, but not required
