The Primary Responsibility of the Client's POS Support Analyst is Providing Point-of-Sale (POS) and Mobile Configuration and Reporting Support to our Client. tThe position is sitting remote for the time being, but the Client plans to return to return to office. Looking for someone who is able to start remote, but would be comfortable moving in office. Using Front of House Technology Hosted POS and App Solutions.

Top Skills:

  • POS Software Support is priority.
  • Experience in Agilsys, Micros, Volante, Nextep
  • POS support experience
  • POS Installation experience
  • Help desk experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience is KEY!

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level

  • 1-3 years supporting/troubleshooting POS systems
    • Software support prioritized
