We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Design Consultant to join the AML Platform Management and Regional Engagement organization in Global Operations.
This position is part of the GBAM AML Platform Management team in Global Operations Management, Resiliency and Client Programs, which develops and leads high risk processes, overseeing enterprise sustainability, and driving compliance and operational excellence relating to this area. The Process Design Consultant engages with business and technology partners to analyze, implement, and update GBAM AML processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. The role is expected to analyze current and future processes, from Laws, Rules and Regulations updates to process enhancements meeting the business needs. The Process Design Consultant is required to determine business requirements, conduct detailed business requirements gathering and manage requirements throughout the project life cycle to implementation support.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership - End to end management of requirements, from the initial requirement gathering all the way to system implementation
  • Process design and optimization
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and understand/manage expectations
  • Document business requirements and transition to technology team
  • Facilitate review of business requirements / system design with stakeholders for approval and sign off
  • Manage JIRA epics and stories (participates in grooming & refinement sessions)
  • Support technology partners throughout requirement development
  • Lead and present showcase sessions to business partners
  • Supports User Adoption Team in providing requirement walkthrough of new/changed functionality to stakeholders
  • Review incoming change controls. Support intake process.
  • Help triage production issues and handle escalations post production
Requirements:
  • Experience with transformation initiatives and/or change
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in process design and process re-engineering
  • Understanding of Financial Services sector and products & exposure to Anti-Money Laundering processes in financial industry
  • Must be well-organized, problem solver, possess the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities with sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
Other Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Pega Client Lifecycle Management and/or other AML KYC systems involving client onboarding/ KYC refresh processes
  • Experience in Agile/SDLC methodology and Waterfall Methodology
  • Preferred process improvement and Operational Excellence exposure
  • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions
  • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
