Responsibilities may include:

  • Provide general assistance and support for marketing and administrative projects.
  • Execute client communication strategy through newsletters, social media, mailings, and client events.
  • Update CRM, including client emails and addresses.
  • Prepare buyer and listing folders, closing and client gifts.
  • Assist Transaction Manager in creating listing flyers.
  • Provide hospitality and support to both clients and team members.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies; provide general office organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings in Outlook.
  • Run errands (office and event supplies, dropping checks off to attorney's office, meeting contractors, delivering items to clients).
  • May occasionally provide support for client transactions.

Requirements:

  • NC/SC Real estate license a real plus, but not required.
  • Interested in the real estate industry and eager to learn the business.
  • Highly collaborative attitude and professional approach.
  • Eager to take responsibility and looking for ways to support the team and clients, ability to anticipate the needs of others.
  • Demonstrate exceptional service to meet high-end client expectations .
  • Resourceful in finding information and solutions.
  • Thoughtful and proactive communication skills.
  • Organized with strong follow through and attention to detail.
  • Experience with design and social media tools; such as Canva, InDesign, Constant Contact.
  • Experience with digital marketing and generally comfortable learning and working with new technologies.
  • College coursework in business, marketing, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Possess professional car, kept clean and tidy.
  • Own smartphone and able to use for work.
  • Ability to work from home, designated time in the office, and occasional weekends for client events.
