Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,900 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. We serve and help individuals and families in many aspects of their lives, helping them buy homes, open first bank and savings accounts, buy cars to get to and from work or school, and start or grow small businesses. CSBB is focused on innovating and transforming with the customer at the center, better enabling customers to engage with us how, when, and wherever they choose. As an industry leader in many consumer and small business areas - including retail deposits, debit card transaction and purchase volume, and small business lending - our primary goal is delivering for our customers.
Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms (CDEP) works across the CSBB, Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management lines of business to develop coordinated strategies for growth in each of Wells Fargo's customer segments. The team is responsible for designing seamless, engaging customer experiences across products and channels, and building the next-generation digital, data and analytics, and functional capabilities required to deliver toward these objectives.
Financial Health is a key pillar for Small Business Banking transformation from transactional to relationship-based customer experience - strengthening our customers' business financial health. This position will play a critical role in delivering on that business vision. Drive prioritization by championing business value / need, develop product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes working with business leaders, stakeholders, XD, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers etc.
This person will drive user stories, features and epics requirements by incorporating all aspects of digital design and user experience and product features. Cross functional management / collaboration of resources - Digital, design, marketing, collateral, testing, compliance, legal, risk etc. They will manage and oversee end-to-end customer experience and KPIs for the deployed solutions. Drive improvements and enhancements. Drive ongoing execution of operational risk and control processes and assessments. Partner with various teams to identify and remediate customer experience issues for deployed products

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
Other Desired Qualifications
- 2 years product strategy and/or product management experience
- Ability to develop product vision, strategy, business case and roadmap
- Experience building a new products, and driving it from concept to market
- Ability to think critically and creatively to find innovative solutions to complex problems
- 1+ year Agile working experience
- Roadmap creation, prioritization, and backlog management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Customer Journey life cycle that includes identifying customer pain points, building and driving solutions
- Financial service industry experience preferably within small business banking and products (e.g. business deposits and payments, business cards, business lines etc.)
- Financial services sector experience with an understanding of credit, deposit, digital and online payments
- Experience leading/managing large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
