Position Title: TALENT ACQUISITION REPORTING SPECIALIST

Reports To: Sr. Director, TA Operations

JOB IS REMOTE UNTIL CORPORATE OFFICE REOPENS, THEN 1 DAY A WEEK IN OFFICE; COULD BE UP TO 3, IF DESIRED.

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Reporting Specialists will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Recruitment & Operations teams to achieve organizational reporting objectives. This position will support the Business Intelligence Analyst by providing ad hoc reporting (as requested), monthly invoicing, and TA Activity reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate on CGTA operations team and provide functional input and expertise related to Success Factors ATS data resource and analytics.
  • Ad Hoc and Scheduled Reporting - Create and prepare regular reports to demonstrate recruiting data, success rates, and various associated metrics; manage ATS data captured for recruitment performance scorecards. Audit data.
  • Individual, team and sector metrics, cost of hire, quality of hire, survey analysis and reporting, source of hire, digital and social metrics.
  • Financial Reporting - Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of reporting methods and a greater emphasis in researching and providing recommendations for system enhancement(s).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or HR/Finance related field
  • 2+ years' experience in data entry, analytics, and reporting within a large corporate environment
  • 2+ years' experience with applicant tracking system, Success Factors preferred
  • 2+ years' experience with BI reporting tools and/or Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, macros, and vlookups) and PowerPoint expertise (develop clean, aesthetic presentations with the right information and graphics).
