Talent Sourcing Specialist• Location: Charlotte, NC• Reports To: Talent Sourcing Manager• Direct Reports: This is a full-time position with an expectation of rare evening and weekend hours as job duties demand.• Travel: Minimal Travel, only when needed for unique events. Responsibilities
Position Summary The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for active sourcing of critical and hard to fill positions across the organization. This role requires daily outreaches and sourcing of potential candidates through direct channels, phone, text campaigns, social media, internet sourcing, etc. Job Responsibilities • Utilizes key sourcing techniques to drive continued interest in PSA's open positions• Effectively converts active and passive candidates to hires. • Maintains healthy reservoir of candidate relationships for future openings • Utilizes diversity sourcing techniques to attract a wide range of candidates • Effectively uses internal recruiting systems; such as ATS, CRM, Linked In Recruiter to mine and attract candidates• Builds a strong keep in touch strategy and process for active and passive recruiting candidates• Maintains a tracking and follow-up processes to track the success of event campaigns and outreaches• Reports out weekly on recruiting sourcing activities• Supports advanced sourcing technique trainings with Manager of Talent Sourcing • Builds strong relations with recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates. • Track record of success in a volume sourcing capacity• Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications • Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs. • In absence, the Manager of Talent Sourcing will delegate duties• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Safety.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required• 3 years of experience in active recruiting, talent sourcing and talent selection • Knowledge of social networking platforms, online community channels• Experience with diversity hiring tactics. • Well organized, methodical, flexible and adaptable to changing needs• Strong research and candidate generation skills• Experienced in recruiting contact management and keep in touch processes through systems like a CRM, ATS, etc.• High School Diploma or equivalent• Must be able to speak, read and write in English• If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US Preferred• Aviation recruiting experience• Bachelor's degree preferred Competencies To be successful at PSA, you should be:• Driven• Reliable• Caring• Engaging Communicator• Decisive• Results Driven To be successful in this position, you should be great at: • Problem Solving• Communication (verbal and written)• Data Analytics and Diagnostics skills• Coaching & Development• Driving Excellence• Facilitating Change• Strategic Thinking Additional Information
