Head of WFA User Centered Design and Innovation team and function is responsible for leading and managing the efforts related to Insights and Empathy, Field/Team Member Platform Design, Accessibility / ADA Design and Governance for client and field facing applications as well as leading key partnerships with Client Platform Design, Enterprise Patenting, and Enterprise Innovation. This position exists to ensure WFA is researching and designing solutions for clients and team members that meet usability and accessibility standards and best practices as well as ensuring WFA is connected into the WFC Enterprise on design as well as patenting and innovation efforts.

As an Employee Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically, you will:

• Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
• Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Salary range is determined by location of the job.
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:

NC-Charlotte: Min: $122,500 Mid: $175,000 Max: $227,500
MO-Saint Louis: $122,500 Mid: $175,000 Max: $227,500

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product development and product management experience
• 6+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications

• A BS/BA degree or higher in art or graphics
• A BS/BA degree or higher in design
• Brokerage industry experience
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Adobe Creative Suite design software and customer communications
• Knowledge and understanding of Agile
• Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
• Knowledge and understanding of UI (User Interface)

Other Desired Qualifications

• UI design and technologies
• Experience utilizing 'Design Thinking'

Job Expectations

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
