Job Description:

Proficiency Coach will increase new hire proficiency, associate satisfaction and client satisfaction through in-role job proficiency training by way of in person and group coaching sessions.

•Increase new hire proficiency and satisfaction for Lending Specialists in Wealth Lending, and for Mortgage Loan Coordinators in Retail Lending Client Delivery Support (CDS)

•Partners with CDS leadership and the Academy to build new hire training and support

•Conducts call and file reviews to provide insights and create plans to address proficiency gaps

•Mentors new hires through non-tenured period, regular 1:1s and cohort meetings to create support structure

•Up-skills tenured employees on new initiatives, including coaching and training (~500 Lending Specialists / ~250 MLCs)

•Champion for key activities and metrics including: call recording (MIC), digital execution, and lead-coach-manage

Required Skills:

  • Performance management or coaching experience
  • 2 year minimum leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of the home loans Sales, Underwriting, Fulfillment processes and reporting
  • Results oriented, with experience developing and delivering learning plans
  • Excellent prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and influence
  • Command of PowerPoint and Excel
