The Team

This position contributes to a centralized leave of absence administration team within HR that is responsible for supporting over 45k+ associates and managers across the United States with leaves of absence, accommodations for associates with a disability, and workers' compensation claims.The Records Management Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the Leave of Absence (LOA)/Accommodation Team.

The Expertise You Have

• BA/BS preferred, not required
• 2 years of HR experience preferred
• Exposure to leave of absence and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) strongly preferred

• You are inventive and can quickly determine where to best route incoming emails/mail for resolution
• You are organized, can prioritize hundreds of incoming items daily, and you are comfortable with never being caught up

The Value You Deliver

• You will support a team of 20+ leave specialists by preparing leave packets, documentation and letters to send to associates, , reviewing and processing incoming FMLA/ADA documentation to determine if it is in good order, and making timely updates to case management system so that the leave specialists can take the next steps on a case.
• Assisting with all administrative components to support the leave of absence process (ie:sending leave documentation, distributing team voicemails, processing incoming/outgoing mail etc.)).
• Adhering to all Fidelity and external regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. (i.e. FMLA, ADA, USERRA).).
