**What's a typical day as a Technical Recruiter? You'll be:**
+ Providing professional recruiting assistance through the entire candidate lifecycle
+ Partnering and building relationships with hiring managers and executives throughout the recruitment process
+ Seeking new methods and innovate solutions to identify and attract the best candidates
+ Continuously networking with industry professionals and building talent pools
+ Serving as a brand ambassador for the enterprise
+ Utilizing applicant tracking system for sourcing, documentation, candidate flow, and reporting
+ Using passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining, internet searching, participating in and networking within associations, organizations, cold calling, and social media and conducting and gathering competitive research on direct competitor organizations
+ Maintaining current knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within talent acquisition
+ Researching, preparing, and submitting periodic reports and presentations
+ Partnering with Operations, HR, and others to facilitate hiring and onboarding of talent
+ Maintaining the confidential nature of all employees and company proprietary and privileged information used or observed while performing job duties
**This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:**
+ 3+ years' experience in full life cycle recruitment
+ **_2+ years' experience recruiting software engineers (must have)_**
+ An understanding of technical product development candidates
+ Recent experience actively sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
+ A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal customers
