POSITION SUMMARY:

PREFERRED CANDIDATES WITHIN Florida Region

Proactively develop an assigned territory's sales by maintaining, nurturing, and growing existing business and increasing business through introducing new products and services across the OHI portfolio. Promote and develop top regional clients' business in the three main product categories OHI serves, foot orthotics, AFOs, Footwear, and Central Casting (where available).

Maintain a level of calls and meetings that meets or exceeds the manager's expectation working toward cross-selling new product categories into established OHI accounts.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

Account Executive Management:

  • The primary responsibility of an account executive is to establish and maintain productive relationships with priority assigned accounts.
  • Top accounts require the involvement of much strategic personnel within the organization.
  • Account Executives facilitate support and involvement of OHI staff with the key goal of driving higher revenue in the account. This includes identifying which OHI staff can help with the accounts and how they can be of service (an appropriate org chart "map" will be provided).
  • Account Executives are responsible for working with RSD's to create an appropriate sales strategy for each of their accounts. They identify what needs the client has and create strategies to meet those needs.
  • Keep existing accounts up to date with new products and programs via e-mail/video/phone and in-person meetings.
  • Work with clients to establish appropriate revenue expectations (for client and OHI) related to new product segment additions to the practice.
  • The Account Executive is knowledgeable about everything their employer provides to answer any questions or concerns accurately.

Sales Function:

  • Meet or exceed annual revenue target expectation based on cross-selling opportunities
  • Actively maintain and proactively manage an assigned top account list.
  • Build a high-yielding business base to top accounts by offering technical training, high product knowledge, and service.
  • Sell all products sold by OHI, including functional foot orthotics, Custom AFOs, Diabetic and Orthopedic Footwear, Custom Diabetic Inserts, Prefab orthotics, socks, compression hosiery, and other DME items as well as OHI Technology relevant to the growth of the business (2D/3D Scanners).
  • Sales Presence at relevant Seminars/Webinars/Tradeshows and internal sales meetings

Communication:

  • Communicate to Regional Sales Director all critical information relevant to Turf / Territory in real-time in OHI's SalesForce CRM
  • Update manager weekly on-call schedule and Sales funnel status using OHI's SalesForce CRM.
  • Participate in Bi-Weekly Conference Calls.
  • Share all Competitive feedback with Regional Sales Director and team and note in SalesForce CRM.
  • Meet every Quarter for Performance Appraisal with the manager to review progress.

Client Support:

  • Respond to the customer e-mail and/or phone calls within 24 hours and log activity in SalesForce CRM
  • Train clients in the use of OHI technologies and products during product demonstrations.
  • Promote Client education offered by OHI where appropriate with the use of various clinicians/Central Casting program where applicable

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated success in a sales position
  • Experience with consultative selling within medical accounts
  • Superior oral and written business communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Strong self-motivator and Team player
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Reliability and honesty
