Overview

FMI is a leading consulting and investment banking firm dedicated to serving companies working within the built environment. FMI's strategy practice helps companies with strategic planning, business development and risk assessment to help them accomplish their goals and better understand their markets. You'll be an integral part of the team, assisting our consultants and analysts in delivering industry-leading solutions for our clients.

This is a full-time opportunity based in our downtown Raleigh, NC headquarters.


Responsibilities

  • Project management and administrative support to a team of consultants
  • Assisting with qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Proofreading, editing, and formatting documents
  • Performing data entry
  • Drafting surveys, collecting results and analyzing and preparing summaries
  • Planning meetings and setting up conference calls
  • Processing expenses, invoicing, and billing


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent position
  • Demonstrated project management skills, time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, problem-solving
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Software suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Outlook


Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
